Nusenda Credit Union, in partnership with the APS Education Foundation, highlights an APS student each week.

What Allie’s teacher says about her: Allie is a hardworking student. She puts in 100-percent effort in all that she does. She is very kind to her friends and goes out of her way to help others. Allie likes being at school and getting to be with her friends and helping her teacher, too. She always has a great big smile on her face.

What Allie’s mom says about her: Allie is a very kind, polite, selfless, and wonderful child. She is motivated and determined. She touches the hearts of each person she meets as her caring personality shines through immediately. She is a joy to be around.

Favorite subject: Math

Hobbies and activities: Allie enjoys dancing, drawing, baseball, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys playing with her dolls. While playing with her dolls she often names them after her teacher and classmates and pretends she is teaching a class. Allie wants to be a teacher when she grows up.

Notices went home with students requesting families to RSVP if they plan to attend.  Adult meals are $5, and student meals will be $3.70.   We must have a good count of attendees to ensure we order enough turkey!  Please let us know if you and your family plan to join us.  As you all know, we have limited parking space on campus.  If possible, please walk to ADO, but if you do drive, please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block (or park in) their driveways.
